I Don't Need Permission

This is a photo of me doing one of my favorite things- speaking and facilitating to a group of powerful leaders who want to make more of an impact in their teams and in their communities.

Thank you @wds.official for offering me a platform to work with these leaders. I was able to get clarity around their vision for themselves and their teams and identify tangible action steps that they can take this week to start creating change.

It’s been my dream to speak on the main stage of WDS, and as this is the last year, it just didn’t happen.

So, I rented a space, reached out to a fellow coach and we organized a full day of leadership training. Because I don’t need to sit around and wait for permission. I am fully capable of making things happen on my own.

I was later told by a participant that my workshop was the most impactful session he had done in the entire conference. Every time I do something like this, have an idea, make a plan, and execute - magic happens.

It’s causing me to reconsider- where else in my life could I be taking more initiative?
